Stir-fried Bacon

Cut the dried incense into thin slices.

Cut the bacon into thin slices, cut the green garlic into sections, and cut the millet pepper with an oblique knife.

Heat up a wok over a low heat, and stir the bacon until the oil is removed.

Add dried chili and millet chili and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the green garlic, stir fragrant and stir well.

Soak a pot with a little water, season with soy mushroom soy sauce, stir and stir well.

Tips:
Both bacon and mushroom soy sauce have a salty taste, just add a little salt.
