Vegetable and Fruit Rice (oiled Rice)

2 vegetable heads, thawed bacon and sausages. (The Cantonese sausages made from home-made pig casings are relatively large. If you use them, use 2 sticks.) You can also put some shrimps, scallops, etc., to become a very luxurious version of vegetable and fruit rice.

Peel and dice the bacon, separate the fat, and dice the sausage.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms and dice them.

Peel the fruits and diced.

Chop the green onion.

Rice cooker for cooking. (I have to cook more meat and eat more to make cured meat. 😀)

Heat the oil pan, put the fat bacon first, and burst the oil.

Put the sausage, bacon and shiitake mushrooms into the fry to get a fragrant flavor.

Add the vegetables and fruits, stir well, add a little water, and cook the vegetables. (A little water is good. Don't put too much water. The dish is dried after being fried.)

Add the delicious soy sauce and sugar and stir well.

When the rice is cooked until the water is dry, put in the fried vegetables and fruits, and continue cooking until the rice is ready.

Add chopped green onion and mix well and you can start eating.

You can eat two large bowls of parsley and fruit rice at a time. 😋
