Stir-fried Bacon with Shallots

Slice the bacon.

Peel and wash the scallion and cut into pieces.
3.
Cut a few pieces of green chili to match colors.
4.
Heat oil, add bacon and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Add the scallions and stir fry.
6.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
7.
Bring to a high heat and cook with a little water.
8.
Add green chilies and add a little salt to enhance the flavor.
9.
Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat.
10.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Green peppers can be omitted.
2. Because the spicy flavor of the green onion is very strong, the scallion ginger pot is omitted.
3. Taste it when adding salt and add less.
