Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare materials. Clean the kidney beans, remove the two ends, break them into small pieces, peel the potatoes and cut into thick strips equal to the length of the kidney beans, cut the sausage into thin slices, slice garlic and Chinese onion, and chop the chives
