Stir-fried Bacon with Vegetable Head

Cut the red pepper with a knife and cut the green garlic into small pieces.

Remove the skin and tendons of the cabbage and cut into diamond-shaped slices.

After washing the bacon, put it in a steamer and steam it softly. Take it out and cut into thin slices.

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the bacon until the fat is transparent and slightly curled, and stir-fry evenly with cooking wine, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, and dried yellow pepper.

Wash the pan and reheat the oil, pour in the vegetable head slices and stir fry.

When the vegetable hair is soft and cooked, add salt and red pepper, add the fried bacon and stir well.

Sprinkle green garlic and stir-fry for a few times.
