Stir-fried Bacon with Wild Celery

Prepare slap-sized bacon, preferably fat, wild celery is a small handful picked by the mother-in-law

Wild celery plucked old leaves

Cut into small pieces after washing

Soak in water for a few minutes to remove the soil remaining in the branches of wild celery

Wash the bacon and cut into thin slices

Peel and chop garlic

Drain the wild celery and set aside

Heat the pan on high fire, add the bacon and stir fry
