Wild celery tastes sweet, bitter, cool in nature, non-toxic, and belongs to the lungs, stomach and liver meridians;

Wild Celery Dumplings

1. Wash the wild celery and blanch it in boiling water.

2. Cut wild celery into foam and set aside
