Stir-fried Wild Celery

First tear off the outer layer of celery and warp, and pinch it into a suitable length

Wash and set aside

Cut the dried fragrant into strips for later use

Cut the red pepper into suitable strips for later use

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the fragrant dry, and stir fry

Stir fragrant dry to the bottom of a non-stick pan

Then pour in wild celery and stir-fry evenly over high heat

Pour in the red pepper and stir-fry evenly

Pour in an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and stir-fry evenly.
