Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots

Wash and peel the lettuce, cut into thin slices, peel and chop garlic, pick and wash the green onion, cut the green onion and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute.

Add lettuce slices and stir-fry on high heat until tender.
4.
Stir in salt and stir well.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well.
6.
Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.

Tips:
If the fire is not strong, blanch the lettuce before sautéing.
