Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in water in advance. If you eat it in a hurry, you can soak it in hot water. If you don’t eat it in a hurry, you can soak it in cold water. I soak it in cold water in the morning and eat it at noon.

Bean sprouts and leeks are cleaned and used

Cut the soaked vermicelli with a knife. If you don’t cut it, it won’t open when you stir fry and it will form a dough.

Cut the leek into sections, take care of the chili, garlic, and ginger. The pork is cut the day before.

Get the pot, boil the water in the pot, put the pork in and stir fry to get the oil

When the fat pork is fried out of oil, you can put the sour, ginger and dried chili in it and saute

Cook the fragrant condiments, you can pour the bean sprouts in and stir fry

The bean sprouts are almost ready to be stir-fried, you can add the vermicelli and stir fry together. Put the vermicelli in it and stir it continuously. If you don’t stir it, it will stick to the pan.

The noodles are soft and almost ready to be out of the pan. Put light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, and leeks into the pan and stir-fry until they are evenly cooked.
Tips:
Stir-fried vermicelli is easy to stick to the pan, stir fry quickly, keep turning, and you don’t need to put pork fat on it, according to personal preference
