Stir-fried Beans with Tea Tree Mushroom

Prepare the raw materials;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of oil and a few drops of salt, and boil the beans in the pot until they are seven or eight ripe;

The blanched beans are in cold water;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add tea tree mushrooms and stir fry;

Tips:
1. Beans are not easy to be cooked, so blanch them in advance to seven or eighth maturity, pay attention to adding some salt and a few drops of oil when blanching them;
2. Stir-fry the tea tree mushroom with oil to stimulate its fragrance, stir-fry the water inside the tea tree mushroom, and the tea tree mushroom will gradually become soft;
3. Add the blanched beans and stir-fry until they are fully cooked. Add some red pepper to taste the dishes, and finally add some salt to taste.
