Stir-fried Beef Liver with Green Pepper

Prepare the ingredients

The beef liver is washed once and then sliced, rinsed several times with clean water to wash away the blood

Remove the seeds of the green pepper and cut into pieces, and cut the garlic sprouts into sections

Drain the beef liver, put it in a container, add salt, soy sauce, rice wine, ginger, cornstarch and marinate for 5 minutes

Tips:
The liver is the largest poison transfer station and detoxification organ in the body, so don’t rush to cook the fresh liver you bought back. Rinse it under the tap and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
