Family Beef Soup

Beef 2 taels, beef liver 1 tael, and a small handful of vegetable leaves. 1 egg. One tablespoon of cornstarch.

Shred the ingredients, beat the eggs and set aside. Boil three bowls of water in a casserole. Pour in the minced beef, beef liver, and vegetable leaves. Simmer for 3 minutes and pour in the beaten egg liquid.

Pour in salt, pepper and some monosodium glutamate (you can change chicken powder if you don't like it). Stir the cornstarch and water, pour it in, stir evenly with the spoon and cook for one minute, then turn off the heat.
