Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin with Double Bamboo Shoots

1. Cut the spring bamboo shoots into small finger-length sections

2. Peel and cut the nest bamboo shoots

3. Marinate the beef tenderloin with cooking wine for a while

4. Boil the double bamboo shoots out of water for later use

5. Put the beef tenderloin in the frying pan and stir fry for a while

6. Put the double bamboo shoots in another oil pan and stir fry

7. Add fried beef tenderloin
