Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin with Double Bamboo Shoots

Cut the spring bamboo shoots into small finger-length sections

Peel and cut the nest bamboo shoots

Marinate the beef tenderloin with cooking wine for a while

Boil the double bamboo shoots out of water for later use

Put the beef tenderloin in the frying pan and stir fry for a while

Put the double bamboo shoots in another oil pan and stir fry
