Stir-fried Beef with Hakka Pickles

Chop the ginger and cut the pickled vegetables into strips.

Cut beef into thin slices and marinate for preparation.
3.
Heat the wok, add oil, ginger and lees to fry until fragrant, add beef and stir fry.

Add the pickles and continue to stir fry. Add a little water and stir fry several times. When the beef is cooked, adjust the flavor, sprinkle pepper and drizzle with sesame oil.
5.
Plate.
