Stir-fried Bell Pepper with Dried Squid

Dried squid is soaked in warm water one day in advance, and the cutting knife is washed and set aside.

Cut bell pepper into pieces, mince garlic, shred ginger, and cut garlic into sections for later use.

Add oil to the pot, heat it on high heat, add minced garlic and shredded ginger to stir up the aroma.

Pour in the dried squid and stir fry continuously.

Stir-fry until the moisture is dry, add bell peppers and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the bell pepper changes color, add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

Add garlic sprouts and stir fry until they are dead, then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot, serve it on a plate, and enjoy.
