Stir-fried Bird Shell with Leek Moss

Wash the leek moss and cut into sections.

Take meat from torii.

Heat oil in a pot, add the leek moss and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add bird shells and stir fry.
5.
Add some very fresh soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
6.
Stir-fry, add some salt and mix well.
Tips:
The leek moss is more delicious if it is tender. Bird shells are easy to cook. Don't fry them for too long. In case the fry is old and affect the taste.
