Stir-fried Bitter Gourd

Slice bitter gourd and blanch for later use.

Minced tempeh, ginger, garlic and chopped green onions.
3.
Add 80% oil to hot pepper, green onion, lobster sauce, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a flavor.
4.
Add bitter gourd and stir fry.
5.
Bring the bitter gourd water to dry, add the green peppers and continue to stir-fry until it is soft, add a little salt to the light soy sauce and mix well.
6.
Plate.
