Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Chili

Cut the bitter gourd neatly.

Add appropriate amount of water, a little baking soda, and a little more oil to a pot and bring to a boil. Add bitter gourd and boil until it is eighty mature and cool for later use.

Wash the pot and heat, add oil, Guizhou bell pepper, garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add bitter gourd and stir-fry. Season to thicken the sesame oil.
