Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

1. Open the can of dace in tempeh, and slightly press the dace into small pieces for later use.

2. Wash the bitter gourd, cut in half, remove the flesh, and cut into thin slices.

3. Put the dace in the tempeh in a hot pan and fry it. (Do not pour all the oil inside)

4. Pour in the bitter gourd, stir-fry, add sugar and stir-fry, cover and cook for about 2 minutes.

5. Open the lid, put a little salt and continue to fry for about 1 minute. (Canned dace has a salty taste, so salt should be used as appropriate.)

6. Plate.
