Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Spicy Cabbage and Egg

1. Prepare the ingredients in advance

2. Wash the bitter gourd and cut into slices; beat the eggs; cut the spicy cabbage into small pieces; cut the garlic into slices

3. Wash the pot and heat it (without oil), pour the bitter gourd into the pot and stir fry evenly until the bitter gourd is castrated (evaporates excess water) and remove it for later use

4. Pour the oil in the pot and heat it, stir in the egg and fry until fragrant, add garlic slices and saute, then pour the fried bitter gourd and spicy cabbage into the pot and stir fry quickly

5. Just add salt to taste and eat right before it is out of the pan (simple enough)
Tips:
1. Put the bitter gourd in the pot and stir fry to remove the excess water, so that it will not be watery.
2. Put the spicy cabbage at the end and stir-fry for a few times to serve
