Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Sweet Pepper

1. Cut the bitter gourd in half, remove the seeds, slice it, put 1 teaspoon of salt to marinate for 15 minutes, let out the bitter water, then rinse with water to remove the salt, rushing and pinching to remove the bitterness.
