Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Tempeh

Cut bitter gourd into cubes.

Carrot slices, garlic chopped.
3.
Heat the pan, add 30g peanut oil, fry the tempeh, add garlic and stir fry.

Add bitter gourd and carrots and stir fry.
5.
Add seasonings and stir-fry evenly, thicken the glutinous rice flour, sprinkle a little oil and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
The bitterness of bitter gourd can be reduced by adding appropriate sugar according to personal preference.
