Stir-fried Bitter Vegetables with Bacon

Bitter vegetables should be washed and blanched.

Squeeze the water and cut a few cuts.
3.
Mince garlic.
4.
Slice the fat and thin bacon separately.
5.
Put the fatty meat in a pot and stir fry to get the oil.
6.
Add the lean meat and fry until completely discolored.
7.
Add bitter vegetables, minced garlic and dried chili shells and stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes.

A small amount of water can be added during the frying process. After the vegetables are cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well before serving them out of the pot.
