Stir-fried Black Bean Sprouts

Wash black bean sprouts, cut dried red pepper into sections and ginger into small slices.

Heat the oil in the pot, add dried red pepper segments, ginger slices, and peppercorns until fragrant.

Pour in black bean sprouts and stir fry over high heat.

Add a little refined salt.
5.
Pour in 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry on high heat until there is no moisture.
Tips:
1. Stir-fried bean sprouts are spicy and have a tough taste.
2. Dry stir-fried mung bean sprouts are not recommended due to the excessive moisture content of mung bean sprouts.
