Stir-fried Black Bean Sprouts with Shredded Chicken

Tips:
1. Put the salt last, otherwise the bean sprouts will kill the water if it encounters salt too early, and the fried bean sprouts will be very thin and the taste will become chaotic. 2. Cut the chicken shreds as thinly as possible, I cut it thick and not good enough.
