Stir-fried black beans with colored peppers is a health-preserving dish. Stir-fried Black Beans with Bell Peppers

1. Main and auxiliary materials: red pepper, green pepper, cooked black beans

2. Dice the colored peppers.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add diced colored peppers and stir fry.

4. Add oyster sauce to taste.

5. Add cooked black beans. Stir-fry evenly, add salt and MSG to taste.

6. Stir-fry until the colored peppers "collapse the seedlings", pour in water and starch to thicken the gorgon.
