Stir-fried Black Beans with Bell Peppers

Main and auxiliary materials: red pepper, green pepper, cooked black beans

Dice the colored peppers.

Heat oil in a pan, add diced colored peppers and stir fry.

Add oyster sauce to taste.
5.
Add cooked black beans. Stir-fry evenly, add salt and MSG to taste.

Stir-fry until the colored peppers "collapse the seedlings", pour in water and starch to thicken the gorgon.
7.
When the gorgon juice is gelatinized, turn off the heat.
8.
Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Cook black beans in advance and set aside.
2. Stir-fry the colored peppers until they are slightly "collapsed".
