Stir-fried Blood Tofu with Onion and Cumin

Prepare two pieces of pig blood.

Cut into strips.

Shred the onion.

Put oil in the pot and heat it up.
5.
Pour in onion and pork blood and stir fry, cook the soy sauce after the pig blood changes color, stir fry a few times, and sprinkle with cumin grains. Stir fry a few more times.
