My sister-in-law came back from Hunan and brought back a few fresh bracken. Haha, I really haven't eaten fresh ones!
My sister-in-law said that you only have to blanch it, and you can enjoy it like a normal vegetable stir-fry~ OK, let's try it! It happens that you have bacon at home, so use it. It can also add special flavors. It's really good! "

Stir-fried Bracken with Bacon

1. Cut off the old part of the bracken root, then wash and cut into about 5 cm long;

2. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips about the size of bracken;

3. Cut the bacon into long strips, and cut the ginger slices, minced garlic and green onion;

4. Boil water in the pot first, add some oil and salt, boil the bracken after boiling, drain the water and set aside;

5. Reheat the frying pan and fry the bacon on both sides;

6. When the body is dry, add the ginger, onion and garlic and saute together;

7. Pour the carrots and stir them together;

8. When the carrots are ripe, pour in the braised fern and stir-fry together; add a little raw extract to extract fresh;

9. Finally, add salt to taste, and stir-fry the chopped green onion before serving!

Tips:

The bacon is salty. At the same time, light soy sauce is added when it is fried, so it is salty, so when adding salt at the end, you should put less salt. Don't eat too salty, which will affect your health! ~
