Stir-fried Cabbage

Tear the cabbage into large pieces, wash and drain.

Cut the dried chili into sections (remove the seeds if you are afraid of hotness, don't cut into sections), and cut the garlic into slices.

Heat the pan and add more oil. When the oil is 70% hot (smoke), add pepper, dried chili, and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Stir the cabbage until it is broken, add sugar, vinegar, salt, and chicken essence to season the pot.
5.
Put it on a plate, ready to eat.
