After New Year's Day, I returned to my mother-in-law's house and got back dried potatoes and cabbage. The lunch dish was fried cabbage and dried potatoes with fungus. It's an authentic Northeastern dish, and it's dried out of homemade potatoes. It's clean, delicious and hygienic. With the homemade cabbage, it's a relief to eat.
