Stir-fried Cabbage with Leek and Shrimp Skin

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage (cleaned), leeks (cleaned and cut into sections), dried shrimp skin

Put the cleaned cabbage on the cutting board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut cabbage and stir fry until it is broken.

Then, add the sliced leeks and dried shrimps and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
