Stir-fried Cabbage with Tomatoes

1. Cut the cabbage into thick strips, put some baking soda in the water, soak the cabbage for ten minutes, rinse and drain.

2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into strips.

3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the scallions and ginger.

4. Next cabbage.
