Stir-fried Carrot Sticks

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and appropriate amount of salt;

Put the radish stalks inside, blanch it to change the color, and remove it;
4.
Squeeze out most of the water and then cut into small pellets;
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and red pepper rings to stir fry;
6.
After sauteing, put in the radish and chopped it;
7.
Stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and transfer to the plate.
8.
Serve it.
Tips:
1. Add some salt and a few drops of oil when blanching the radish to keep the greenish green color and taste; 2. Blanch the whole piece, cut into small pieces after blanching, and then squeeze out the moisture; 3. When sautéing the radish Sauté the garlic and red pepper first, then stir-fry the green vegetables.
