Stir-fried Carrot Sticks

1. Wash fresh radish tassels, drain, chop;

2. Add appropriate amount of salt to marinate for about 3 or 4 hours;

3. Chop the green onions, ginger and garlic;

4. Heat the lard in a wok, add green onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant;

5. Put in the squeezed radish yam and stir fry for a while;
6.
6. Add a small amount of vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
The radish flavour is a bit bitter, adding more sugar and sesame oil will make it very fragrant.
Cold dressing method: after washing, squeeze the water, add salt, sugar, sesame oil, and vinegar, mix well.
