Stir-fried Carrots with Fungus

Prepare ingredients: carrots, soaked fungus, chopped green onions, minced garlic, pork belly (later replaced by ham sausage).

Carrot slices.

Sliced ham sausage.
4.
Raise the pot and burn the oil.
5.
Saute the shallots and minced garlic.
6.
Pour the carrots and stir fry.
7.
Turn carrots into fungus and continue to stir fry.
8.
Add the ham and stir fry.
9.
Add salt and light soy sauce, stir fry until taste and turn off the heat.
10.
Finished picture (very delicious meal).
