Stir-fried Cashew Nuts with Celery and Lily

Prepare ingredients: celery + fresh lily + cashew nuts (instant) + sliced green, red and yellow pepper (a little color) + sliced ginger and garlic.
Wash celery, peel and cut into diamonds; wash fresh lily and set aside.

Boil water from the pot: Bring clean water to a boil, add a little salt and cooking oil, pour in celery + green, red, yellow pepper and blanch water for 1 minute, add lily to slightly blanch, remove and drain the water, set aside.
Prepare a small bowl of sauce: salt (appropriate amount) + chicken essence (half a spoon) + sugar (half a spoon) + oyster sauce (half a spoon) + cornstarch (half a spoon) + water (a little) and mix well.

Add sliced ginger, green onion and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the blanched celery + lily + green, red and yellow pepper and stir well. Pour in the sauce, stir fry evenly over high heat, add cashew nuts and stir-fry evenly, add a little sesame oil, and start the pan.
