Stir-fried Cauliflower

Break the small flowers of the cauliflower, wash and drain.

Wash parsley and cut into sections for later use.
3.
Chop garlic and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, heat it up on high heat, add minced garlic and stir up the aroma.

Pour the cauliflower and stir fry a few times.

Add half a bowl of water.

Cover and simmer over high heat.
8.
Simmer for about 2 minutes, the moisture is slightly dry, open the lid and add salt and chicken essence.
9.
Add the chili sauce and stir-fry until the moisture is dry.
10.
Add parsley and stir fry a few times before serving.

Serve on a plate and enjoy.
