Stir-fried Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into small flowers and wash, slice the cooked meat, cut the garlic into diagonal sections, and cut the dried chili into sections

Pour the oil in the hot pan, the oil temperature is 70% hot

Pour in the cauliflower, stir-fry evenly, add salt

After adding the meat slices, turn to low heat and cover

Open the lid from time to time in the middle and stir-fry until it is cooked through, then turn to high heat, add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
