Cauliflower is one of our most common vegetables. This long-stemmed cauliflower tastes more crispy and tender. My family likes to use this kind of cauliflower to make dry stir-fried vegetables. It looks dry, but it is actually very tasty. Stir-fried cauliflower can be cooked with some meat to make the taste more delicious. This time I used cooked pork belly and cauliflower together. After the crispy cauliflower and meat are fused together, the salty and umami flavor is full, and it is delicious

Ingredients
