Stir-fried Cauliflower with Oil Residue

Soak the cauliflower in salt water for 15 minutes and wash it off

A small bowl of oil residue

Cut garlic, shallots, and ginger well.

Put the lard in the pot, add garlic, green onion, and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the oil residue and stir fry. Add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, stir fry until the cauliflower becomes soft!

Sprinkle with green onions and it's ready to be out of the pot!
