This is for one person, so you can buy less char siu. You can buy more char siu if you cook it at home recently.

Stir-fried Char Siew with Chili

1. Chop garlic and shallots, shred ginger

2. Pepper slices

3. Heat a pot with a little oil, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

4. Stir fried pork for a while,

5. Pour 2 caps of soy sauce, add a teaspoon of sugar and stir fry evenly. Pour a little more water and stir fry for a while

6. Pour the green peppers and stir fry for a while, pour in the cooking wine and stir fry until the green peppers are dead, then turn off the heat and serve.

Tips:

When frying the char siu, you can add a little water and stir fry if you feel it is dry.
