Stir-fried Char Siew with Chili

Chop garlic and shallots, shred ginger

Pepper slices

Heat a pot with a little oil, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Stir fried pork for a while,

Pour 2 caps of soy sauce, add a teaspoon of sugar and stir fry evenly. Pour a little more water and stir fry for a while

Pour the green peppers and stir fry for a while, pour in the cooking wine and stir fry until the green peppers are dead, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
When frying the char siu, you can add a little water and stir fry if you feel it is dry.
