Stir-fried Chayote with Sliced Pork

Cut the meat into slices and pat the garlic.

Shred the chayote.

Heat up the oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir fry the pork slices over high heat, stir-fry for one minute, add shredded chayote, stir-fry for two minutes, add chicken essence and stir-fry for a few times, then add salt to taste.
Tips:
I like to stir-fry vegetables over high fire. It feels refreshing to fry like this. Because they are all fast food.
