Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Beans

Sliced chicken gizzards, shredded beans, shredded garlic, shredded ginger, and set aside

Pour half a porcelain spoon of Pixian Doubanjiang in a frying pan and stir fry for a fragrant

Put the garlic slices and ginger slices in the oil pan and saute until fragrant

Pour the chicken gizzards into the frying pan

Stir fry evenly

Add 1 porcelain spoon of cooking wine to remove fishy

Stir-fry the chicken gizzards until they reach eight maturity, then serve and set aside

Pour the shredded beans into the pot and stir fry

Add 20ml of water, cover the pot, and simmer the shredded beans.

When the shredded beans are cooked, add the fried chicken gizzards, stir-fry on high heat, and collect the water in the dry pan.
Tips:
Because Pixian Doubanjiang is relatively salty, you don't need to add salt. If you think the salt taste is weak, you can add more salt according to your personal taste.
