Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Celery

Prepare the ingredients

Clean and slice the chicken gizzards, add starch, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and pickle for 10 minutes

Tips:
The chicken gizzards are marinated with some light soy sauce starch, which can make the chicken gizzards easy to be cooked and taste smooth and tender. If you don’t like the spicy taste, you can remove the millet pepper
