Stir-fried Chicken Miscellaneous

First cut the chicken kidneys and marinate with ginger and cooking wine for more than 10 minutes, preferably 20 minutes, and then slowly prepare the ingredients.

Cut sauerkraut. You can use sauerkraut or capers. Here, use capers, cut into sections diagonally for the flavor.

Stir fry the whole process, don’t stick to the pan, or it will be mushy, burnt, and rotten
