Stir-fried Chicken Mixed with Capers

Chicken offal slices and blanched water, caper beans cut into cubes and blanched water, chopped a spoonful of pepper, pickled peppers according to your preference, cut into circles, smashed garlic, ginger mashed, ready.

Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the chicken meat to remove moisture.

Add pickled peppers, chopped peppers, garlic and minced ginger. Stir-fry them together and simmer the chicken offal. (There is a lot of water in it. If there is no water, add pickled pepper water) Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and stir well.

Add capers and stir-fry evenly. You can stir-fry for an extra minute.

Add the chili ring and cut it off.

Put some chicken essence out of the pot, and leave it alone if you don't eat it.
Tips:
There are no seasonings in this dish. What you eat is the spiciness of chopped and pickled peppers, and the taste of capers. But it's really delicious, and the chicken offal is also very tasty. Add some sugar to neutralize the spiciness.
