Stir-fried Chicken Thigh with Onion and Green Pepper

Chicken drumsticks chopped into small pieces

Soak in water for half an hour to remove blood. Put water in a pot to boil, pour into the chicken thigh pieces, add some cooking wine, blanch it, remove it, and rinse with water

Onion and green pepper cut into hob pieces

Sliced green onion, sliced garlic
