Stir-fried Clam with Sauce

Put the flower clams in the basin and scrub them

Boil the clams in the hot water pot
3.
With the mouth open, hold it out for use

Put the chopped green onion in a hot oil pan and saute

Add 100ml of miso, sugar, and water. After it is boiled, it will be more viscous. Continue to boil for about 1 minute on high heat.

Add the flower clams and stir fry evenly
