Stir-fried Clams with Black Beans and Peppers

1. Wait for the clams to spit sand, wash and drain for later use.

2. Wash the other materials and cut them for later use.

3. Mix the sauce and set aside.

4. Saute ginger, garlic, red pepper, dried onion and bean drum.

5. Drop the clams in a wok, praise the cooking wine, and fry until the clams are slightly open.

6. Add all the seasoning juices and stir-fry well. Add appropriate amount of water if necessary. Stir-fry until the shells are fully opened, and serve with rice noodles and water.
