Stir-fried Corn Buns with Grilled Sausage and Light Pepper

1. Ingredients: corn buns.

2. Grilled sausages.

3. Light pepper.

4. Unpack the grilled sausage and cut into small pieces, set aside.

5. Remove the stems and seeds of the bell pepper, wash, and cut into small pieces, set aside.

6. Cut the corn buns into pieces.

7. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut corn buns and fry them until they are slightly golden, then remove them.

8. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the cut light peppers and grilled sausages and stir fry until the light peppers are broken.

9. Then, add the fried corn steamed buns, add some salt and chicken essence, and stir-fry well. Serve.
